Pharmacy Weight Loss Ashton-under-Lyne is a GPhC registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in the United Kingdom. We are regulated by the General Pharmaceutical Council and operate in full compliance with UK pharmacy law.
To use our services, you must:
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if we believe treatment is not clinically appropriate for you. Our pharmacist or prescriber makes all clinical decisions at their sole professional discretion.
All prescription weight loss treatments are subject to a clinical assessment by a registered healthcare professional. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee the issue of a prescription.
Prescriptions are valid only for the treatment and quantity specified. You must not share, transfer, or misuse any prescription or medication supplied through our service. You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date at the time of each consultation.
We reserve the right to contact your GP or request additional medical information before issuing a prescription where clinically necessary.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept major debit and credit cards through our secure payment processor.
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Orders are dispatched within 1 working day once your prescription has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist. Delivery times may vary during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control, such as Royal Mail or courier delays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by you.
You may cancel your order before your prescription has been approved and dispensed. Once a prescription has been dispensed, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription-only medicines in accordance with UK medicines regulations.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds for non-prescription items will be considered in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
The information provided through our service is for clinical consultation purposes only and does not replace face-to-face medical advice from your GP or specialist. Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone.
You should always inform your GP that you are receiving weight loss treatment through our service. If you experience any adverse effects or have concerns about your treatment, stop use and seek medical advice immediately. In an emergency, call 999 or attend your nearest A&E.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide and improve our services and will not be sold to third parties. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours.
